*For December 2023, we are offering free returns/exchanges for a limited time for any orders that are bought with gift wrap.
*All Makeup products are non returnable items.
*You have 30 days to contact us about any issues with your order except for in the case of missing packages. Please contact both us and the post office right away if your tracking information shows delivered to the wrong address or is missing after being marked as delivered so we can try to help.
*We do not allow any cancellations on orders after they are placed. As soon as your order has been placed, it will be placed into queue with our warehouse and shipping facility and we have to incur additional time and costs to make any changes. Please let us know if there's an address error or change needed as soon as possible so we can let the warehouse know. If we have made some kind of error or something else goes wrong in the process or result of you receiving your order, we will work with you to make it right.
*We do not issue refunds under most circumstances but can offer free replacement items or store credit. Please contact us with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible. There are humans running this store so if you explain your situation, we can try to find a solution.
*If you are not happy with your purchase (everyone’s skin is different and some people don’t like certain formulas or colors after they try them due to texture or personal preferences-as a neurodivergent company we understand sensory preferences), we can usually send you a different product to try but you must communicate with us within 7 days of receiving your products.
*If your order goes missing in the mail (with proof of contact to the post office or quick communication with us about the situation) we will resend your order one time. The same is true if your address is marked incorrect by the post office, we will resend your order one time after contacting you and giving you the chance to update your address.
*If Your Product Arrives Damaged We will need 3-4 Photos of all angles of the product shown in the Photo Next To the Label That's attached to your package and we will file a claim with the USPS. All Packages are Insured Up To $50 - $100 Depending on the package contents & delivery location. Once the investigation is finalized by The USPS And get the Final Outcome of the investigation and its found that The USPS Is at Fault, We will replace all products damaged. If it is found that The Usps Is Not At Fault We will not replace your products and there is nothing more that can be done.
